Opi Soak Off Gel Polish Steps

Chardonnay Mexican? The French national identity

The Californian vineyard extends south of the country best known for its tequila and that's good for tourists who do not support coming from the agave spirits.

During a short stay last weekend in Los Cabos, at the end of the peninsula of Baja (Baja California), I had the opportunity to try a Mexican white wine. My taste buds were on holiday too!

is a very nice place in November where it hardly ever rains, the sky seems so immense, and you do not move along the Sea of Cortes, contemplating how many miles are between your chair and horizon. Sometimes the view is interrupted by a boat but apart from that, you see only blue.

In this sweet reverie, they'll offer to drink margaritas made with alcohol the most violent in the world? It's offensive.

It was hot and I wanted a good chilled white wine so on a whim I ordered a glass of chardonnay Mexican. More precisely, a wine from the valley of Guadalupe, where most vineyards are available, which is located 100 km south of the U.S. border.

The taste was amazing, very different than I expected. No oak, not too fruity, not sweet and dry enough - perhaps the winemakers Mexicans do things differently than Northern California. That said, it is far from being a French chardonnay that remained forever the reference, but it expresses its terroir and the flavor is unique.

And they have this sea .. the lucky ones.

What Did The Wolves Mean To The Native Americans

Sarkozy said that national identity is a noble debate and he is right but is it that France and its traditions are they really in danger of being lost? Not in Beaune where the famous and 149th auction of wines Hospices de Beaune took place yesterday. Since 1859, the winemakers of the Côte de Beaune sell first and great wines to benefit the charity - this sale has made 5 million euros yesterday. I hope that French children learn that the gift of wine, this wonderful product that is part of French heritage, could be a gift of life.

In honor of the Burgundians, I opened a 2004 Domaine Michele and Patrice Rion Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Clos des Argillières. I agree that it is not a Côte de Beaune wine store but forbids me to open almost all my wines that region that are not ready to drink. He also hesitated on this bottle.

And said: You come up here and you shall not pass any further, stop here and the elevation of your waves.

It's dangerous to make a literal interpretation of religious texts (listen to those who do not respect French values), so I opened it. It was very aromatic nose, fruity - rather black cherries with a hint of caramel, but rather grenade in the mouth and silky.

Why I ask him his opinion?

How To Buy Kurdish Dress

Back!

is the end of an era for me. I finally left California in May 2009 to repatriate me in Canada. Finally, almost as many of my wines collected during my long stay there are still (locked in a cellar, do not be afraid!). Import a quantity of wine is quite complicated for those who are not distribiteurs tactics and it is particularly tricky at first, then the government and customs. It is better to give few details about the provenance and value of your wines. After 11 years abroad, it has memories imprecision of our purchases, we receive wine as a gift and know the price, it is not our luggage ourselves, and so on. Make

discussions with the nice officer by phone and decide together on a fair tax. He sends you the paperwork for the customs officer who is suspicious of you and do not believe the small number that appears on the papers. When it asks you if the wine is homemade, do not think the bottles of Domaine de Chevalier (thank you Anne and Oliver!) If packed carefully, as you look at the customs and behold, if the slightest smile on your face, this may be the end ... or not.

You answer honestly you are not vintner.

When his more experienced colleague happens after he asks questions, stay calm. Even if it can open your boxes, if he wants, he can not do anything except to accept your payment. Because it has no jurisdiction over the importation of spirits, provided that you have the papers of the government department which is the only organization authorized to import and distribute wines British Columbia hotel. It is best placed to determine a customs taxes on wine because that's his job.

Weakness? I would say yes but I know there will be full of opportunities to pay taxes on excessive wine in Canada.

And you all right?
